Course Summary:
This course is intended to provide a person with the knowledge, skill and understanding of leadership and teamwork at the management level on board a ship. The course is designed to meet STCW 2010, as amended requirements for the Use of Leadership and Managerial skills in Tables A-II/2 or A-III/2 of the STCW Code, as amended and the requirements under Leadership and Teamwork Skills listed in Tables A-II/1 of the STCW Code, as amended.
